The reason why I decided to create “ItalianCookingTips” is all in this word: “Tradition”.

As an Italian, I feel the responsibility to live the present by carrying the traditions of my land in my pocket, always with me: culture, art, craftsmanship but also cooking, made from ingredients (which in Italy are many and always wonderful) and the way you mix them together (always so incredibly creative and tasty).

And when we choose a simple tomato or we prepare a quick pasta, tradition always comes back to suggest us a “tip” that can make our meal a happy, fulfilling experience.

I believe that today the kitchen is probably the only place where past and present can live well together, because tradition is a perfect glue and the memory is always a great source of inspiration.
